We believe in data minimization. We do not require user accounts, passwords, names, phone numbers, or email addresses to view our live timing dashboards.
Third-Party Analytics and Cookies:
This platform utilizes Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Short.io services to measure and analyze visitor traffic. These third-party services use browser cookies and network identifiers to compile aggregate, anonymous statistical reports. This processing is mandatory under our compliance agreements with Google.
What Information is Logged Automatically:
We do not track your historical personal browsing habits, and we never sell user data to third-party data brokers.
Intended Use & Operational Safety:
Our dynamic estimations (Arrive-Time, WarmUP-Time, and Predicted Start) are programmatic calculations designed strictly as an event management reference tool. They do not override the absolute operational authority of Meet Directors, Starters, or Team Coaches.
As explicitly stated on our instructions dashboard, track meet schedules naturally experience volatile drift. Users assume all responsibility for coordinating final track check-ins. Race Time Predictor is not liable for missed races, altered event check-ins, or scheduling disqualifications resulting from timeline changes.
Intellectual Property & Trademarks:
The unique system structures, algorithmic logic layouts, visual dashboard matrices, and the "Race Time Predictor" service mark (℠) are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform. Unauthorized framing, scraping, or programmatic copying of our server files is strictly prohibited.
Our spectator dashboards feature local school booster and championship event sponsor links. Tapping these graphic logo boxes routes your browser away from our platform to external business websites. We do not control, endorse, or accept liability for the privacy terms or content managed on those independent third-party domains.
